Betty Brings Home The Bucks May - 2011
BEST OVERALL GROUP 1st WINNER was awarded to our Miss Betty Boop.
This was an unofficial class offered by the Mid-Canada Dog Club and was open to all Group 1st winners over the three days of the show.
A huge five hundred dollar cash prize was awarded.
A big thank you goes out to the Mid-Canada Dog Club for sponsering this class and to Judge Gerry Taylor for recognizing Betty for this most exciting award.

Betty Award Her Canadian Championship Title May - 2011
Betty was a smash hit at the Mid-Canada Show. She completed her title on the first day of the show.
Two Group firsts and a Group forth. Thank you to Judges Terry Carter, Martin Dohorty and Jean Bateman.
Her show record to date has been 3 Group 1st placements and a Group 4th along with her Best of Breed wins. Not bad for 3 weekends of showing.
CH. Lightburn's Betty Boop continues to make Lightburn Bulldogs very proud of the fact that she is owner bred and handled.

The first time ever in the ring and Betty does Lightburn Bulldogs proud
Betty wins 1st in the Non-Sporting Group over many specials for a 3 point major.
She finishes off the day by going Best Puppy In Show. What a debut!
She continues the weekend by going Best of Breed the remainder of the show for a total of 5 points towards her championship.
Twin Puppies Arrive In Time To Celebrate Valentine's Day - 2010
Twin puppies, a boy and girl arrived safe and sound.
Chunk did a good job of throwing some colour into the mix. No white puppies

Churchill Flanders Is A Run Away At MCA 2009
Church goes Best of Breed at our Group Six Specialty Show for his third major win.
The second show of the day he takes it all again for another BOB and finishes the day with a fabulous Group 4th win to complete his Canadian Championship
At our Teddy Bear Booster the next morning he has a repeat performance and goes Best of Breed once again.
Not to break his streak, and to finish off his debut as a special, he once again goes Best of Breed the last day of the show. What a weekend....What a dog!
Chips Joins The Ranks Of Canadian Champions
Chippy comes to the Northwinds Show and competes as a puppy against Open Class Dogs
First day out - Winner's Female, BOS and Best Puppy in Breed for her first points.
Second day out - Best of Breed, Best of Winners and Best Puppy in Breed for her major win
She gets another 3 points at the Assiniboine Show and goes WB, BOW, BPIB and BOB on the first day of the show.
Goes BOB at the Mid-Canada and Fort Garry Shows to finish her Canadian Championship Title. What a sweetie! What an accomplishment!
Macm Emur (Chunk) Comes To Visit and Leaves A Canadian Champion
As a junior puppy, "Chunk" goes BOB in his first six shows to accumulate 9 points.
On his return visit "Chunk" walks away with his championship title.
A big thank you to Kandie Kroonen of Iroc Bulldogs for allowing me to show this fantastic dog. I'm really anxious to see him all grown up. He was a real pleasure to show.
Lightburn's Hooked On Ariel is Awarded her CKC Championship Title As a Junior Puppy
March 23/07 Ariel gets her 1st point at the Northwinds show
March 25/07 at the Northwind show she goes BOB for a big 3 point win.
April 28/07 she receives a 2 point major at the Assiniboine show
May 11/07 at the Mid Canada show she is awarded another 2 point.
May 12/07 Ariel once again is award another 2 point win and obtains her championship title.
Lightburn's Hooked on Annalea (Annie) Obtains Her Championship Title In A Big Way At MCA
Annie is awarded her 1st point at the Portage show in July/07
Annie has a hat trick at the MCA Show, Aug. 9 -12, and goes BOB over specials and is awarded 3 points in 3 shows to obtain her Championship title at the age of 11 months.
